Guide to article acceptance conditions
Applied Microbiology in Food Industry

The Quarterly Journal of Applied Microbiology in Food Industries is published every season with the aim of publishing the latest scientific results of respected researchers. It should be noted that in order to improve the scientific level, only articles will be published in this journal that are based on the research work of the authors and in addition to observing the principles of scientific writing, the principles of eloquence and eloquence should be observed. It should be noted that the responsibility of protecting the rights of other authors rests with the responsible author and all correspondence is done with him.

The received article will be sent to the referees only if the writing instructions are followed. If necessary, the responsible author should apply the corrections intended by the referees within two weeks at most and send the rewritten article to the quarterly office. Failure to submit the article within the mentioned deadline will be considered as withdrawal of the author/authors from publishing the article.

If approved, the article will be accepted and will be published.

The article is first reviewed and evaluated by the editorial board, and if it meets the necessary conditions, it is sent to the referees. After receiving the opinions of the judges, the results and points obtained will be presented to the editorial board, and if enough points are obtained and accepted, it will be published.

The cost of accepting and publishing the article:

According to paragraph 1-1 of article 3 of the regulations for determining the cost of processing articles in open access scientific journals under notification number 162229 dated 01/02/1400 of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology and the resolution dated 25/02/1401 of the Board of Directors of the Iranian Probiotics and Functional Foods Society, the cost Processing of articles in 1401, in case of final acceptance of the article, the amount of 500,000 thousand Tomans will be received for the process of review, arbitration, final editing and publication costs of the accepted article.

Therefore, please, after uploading the article, send a picture of your deposit receipt along with the signed commitment letter of the authors and the email of all the authors to the forum's email.
