عنوان مقاله : بررسیتأثیر تزریق داخل تخم­مرغی عصاره هسته انگور و ویتامین Cبر قابلیت جوجه‌درآوری، عملکرد و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه‌های گوشتی
خلاصه مقاله : پژوهش­ حاضر با هدف ارزیابی اثرات تغذیه جنینیعصاره هسته انگور و ویتامین Cبر قابلیت جوجه­درآوری، عملکرد، جمعیت میکروبی محتویات ایلئوم و وزن اندام‌های لنفاوی در دوره آغازین و رشد جوجه‌های گوشتیانجام شد. آزمایشاولدر قالب طرح بلوک تصادفی با 7 تیمار، 5 بلوک و 98 عدد تخم‌مرغ در هر بلوک انجام شد. تیمارهای آزمایشی شاهد پانچ نشده، شاهد پانچ شده،شم کنترل (5/0 میلی­لیتر سرم نمکی)، 3 میلی­گرم ویتامین C، 3 ، 5/4 یا 6 میلی­گرم عصاره هسته انگور را شامل شد. تغذیه 5/4 میلی­گرم عصاره هسته انگور سبب افزایش قابلیت جوجه­درآوری نسبت به گروه­های شاهد شد. در آزمایش دوم، جوجه­های هچ شده در آزمایش اول در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با 5 تکرار و 8 قطعه جوجه در هر تکرار تا سن 22روزگی پرورش داده شدند. نتایج نشان داد که تزریق 5/4، 6 میلی‌گرم عصاره هسته انگور یا 3 میلی‌گرم ویتامین Cبه ازای هر تخم­مرغ، غلظت آنزیم گلوتاتیون پراکسیداز همولیزات جوجه‌ها را افزایش داد. تغذیه داخل تخم­مرغی 5/4 میلی­گرم عصاره هسته انگور  یا 3 میلی­گرم ویتامین Cبه ازای هر تخم­مرغ سبب افزایش اضافه وزن جوجه‌ها نسبت به گروه‌های شاهد در دوره آغازین شد. تزریق داخل تخم­مرغی سطوح مختلف عصاره هسته انگور یا ویتامین Cجمعیت باکتری اشریشیاکلی در محتویات ایلئوم جوجه‌ها را در سن 10 روزگی کاهش داد.
