عنوان مقاله : اثرات پروبیوآنزیم بر برخی از پارامترهای رشد، فراسنجه‌های خونی وکیفیت لاشه بچه ماهیان کپور علفخوار
خلاصه مقاله : مطالعه حاضر به بررسی سطوح مختلف پروبیوآنزیم (واجد4 سویه پروبیوتیکی باسیلوس لایکنیفورمسباسیلوس سوبتیلیسانتروکوکوس فاسیوم و لاکتوباسیلوس اسیدیفیلوس به همراه5 نوع آنزیم بتا-گلوکاناز، بتا-گزایلاناز، آلفا-آمیلاز، پروتئاز و سلولاز) بر برخی پارامترهای رشد، شاخص­های خونی و کیفیت لاشه بچه ماهیان کپور علفخوار می‌پردازد.تعداد 120 عدد بچه ماهی (میانگین وزنی g5/0 ±7) تهیه و به‌صورت تصادفی در 12 مخزن فایبرگلاس تقسیم شد. بچه ماهیان با سطوح g/kg feed0 (گروه شاهد)، 1، 2 و 3 پروبیوآنزیم به مدت 45 روز در دمای ºC2/1 ±59/23 تغذیه شدند. در پایان دوره آزمایش، فاكتورهاي خونی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از پروبیوآنزیم باعث افزایش معنی‌دار پارامترهای رشد و کارایی تغذیه در مقایسه با تیمار شاهد شد (05/0p). بالاترین مقدار افزایش وزن (g22/0 ±02/10)، نرخ رشد ویژه (08/0±96/0 درصد/روز)، نرخ کارایی پروتئین (g/g03/0 ±50/24) و فاکتور وضعیت (13/0 ±28/1 درصد) و پایین­ترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی (11/0±20/1) در تیمار حاوی g/kg feed3 پروبیوآنزیم ثبت شد. بررسی شاخص­های خون‌شناسی اختلاف معنی‌داری در تعداد گلبول‌های سفید، درصد مونوسیت و لنفوسیت‌ها بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نشان نداد (05/0p>)؛ اما تعداد گلبول‌های قرمز، هماتوکریت و غلظت هموگلوبین در تیمار تغذیه‌شده با g/kg feed3 پروبیوآنزیم در مقایسه با سایر تیمارهای آزمایشی افزایش معنی‌داری داشت (05/0p). میزان چربی و خاکستر لاشه اختلاف معنی داری در بین تیمارهای آزمایشی نشان نداد (05/0p>). اما بالاترین درصد پروتئین (29/0 ±33/14) در تیمار حاوی g/kg feed3 پروبیوآنزیم و کمترین درصد رطوبت (38/0 ±82/83) در تیمار حاوی g/kg feed2 پروبیوآنزیم ثبت شد (05/0p). نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که تجویز خوراکی g/kg feed3 پروبیوآنزیم باعث بهبود عملکرد رشد و برخی شاخص‌های خون­شناسی و کیفیت لاشه در بچه ماهیان کپور علفخوار می­گردد.
