Targets:
 The purpose of establishing this publication is to promote knowledge, create effective communication among a wide range of researchers, experts and students in the subject area of ​​applied microbiology in the food industry, and familiarize researchers with the development process of this science in the country, and ultimately align research. Arbitration process:
All articles submitted through the journal's website have been accepted, and after being submitted to the editorial board, the authors will be notified of initial acceptance or non-acceptance within a week. After that, the accepted articles are assigned to the group of editors and sent to 2-3 referees depending on the topic through the journal's website. Within a period of 4-6 weeks, the results of the arbitration regarding the final non-acceptance, the final acceptance of the article or the need for revision will be announced to the authors through the website and email. After the final acceptance and deposit of the relevant money, a certificate of acceptance of the articles will be issued.
